Office Administration

Shannon was born in Sydney but raised on a farm in Thane, close to Warwick, where she completed most of her schooling. She began her career in retail, working at Woolworths for five years, progressing from checkout staff to supervisor. Looking to leave retail, Shannon joined Electrical Worx Warwick in 2022 when the opportunity arose, initially handling spare parts orders and general phone calls.

She didn’t come with much electrical knowledge but, since being here, has picked up the operations of the office extremely well. Over time, she has worked her way through learning various aspects of the business, from electrical work to appliance repair, and now manages warranty claims, invoicing, and accounts.

Trained by Suzette to take over office duties so she could be out on jobs. Shannon enjoys being part of Rodney’s team, even if his old-school ways are sometimes a little too old school. With her experience and dedication, Shannon can be trusted to handle any of your enquiries efficiently and professionally.
